摘要：This paper presents details of experiences of using new technologies in the context of the pre-service training of school teachers at the University of Leon. The trial undertaken was based on the use of the approach termed "WebQuest" and Moodle as a teaching and learning strategy. All of the topics to be covered in one course in the teacher-training degree were designed to be taught through webquests. In this way, their use as a teaching methodology was facilitated simultaneously with their being made available as a learning strategy so that they could be used and applied in the future professional practice of the students following the course. The trial was a resounding success.
