摘要：Reading habit is an essential and important aspect for creating the literate society in this world. It shapes the personality of an individual and it helps them to develop the proper thinking methods and creating new ideas. At present, due to the influence of the Mass Media, people could not show much interest in reading the books, magazines and journals etc, Therefore, there is the urgent need to develop the reading habit among the individuals in the society. In this paper, the author has discussed the various methods and benefits in improving the reading habits
