摘要:The study focuses on psychological conditions that support personal engagement and analyze them further to know that how engagement can be improved in an organization. It analyse the P sychology associated with perception that one's role is worthwhile and valuable. Later on it focuses on P sychological safety associated with one's perception of how safe it is to bring oneself to a role without fear of damage to self-image, status or career. In the end it study the factors affecting employees engagement and disengagement and further help in knowing the Psychological availability associated with the physical, emotional and psychological resources that can be brought to a role
