摘要:The aim of the study is to determine the effectiveness level of the coaching skills of school administrators on the school becoming a learning organization. The populationof the study consists of teachers who are working at public and private secondary schools affiliated to Ministry of National Education, K¨¹tahya Province National Education Directorate in the academic year of 2011-2012. The method of conveniencesampling was used in the study. In the research, as a means of data collection, Learning School Perception Scale taken from Suba. (2010) and Coaching and Management Skills Scale from Yeltan (2007) were used. As a result of the research, a significant differencewas found between the coaching skills of the school administrators and the school's becoming a learning organization
