其他摘要：In the research of basic theory and practice of International Public Law, “recognition”, as a very controversial topic, has always been discussed by international jurists. However, there is little discussion about “non-recognition” which is the opposite side of “recognition” in monographs on related problems. After reading some relevant but limited works, the authors want to discuss the non-recognition in the way of asking questions or referring disputes. Maybe we are not able to give out satisfied answers, but we do really hope to introduce these problems in order to attract more scholars.
