摘要:With this work we try to obtain an analysis of the situation of the trade in the Autonomous City of Melilla, the only Community or Autonomous City of Spain that lacks of a commercial center. This study will allow us to know the problems, the needs as well as the present and the future of the trade in this city. We have carried out a stratified sampling with proportional allocation to the people of this city with the aim of analyzing the characteristics of the establishments which belong to the open commercial center called "The Center" located in the historical helmet, its commercial offer, the habits and the users' opinions and some aspects of the trade. We also want to study his competitiveness establishing comparisons with other commercial centers and to measure the compatibility with the future creation of a conventional commercial center. Eventually, we carried out an analysis of the open commercial center in order to know their strong and weak points and to improve their conditions to consolidate in the center zone of the city this formulates commercial.
