摘要：El capital riesgo ocupa un lugar cada vez más importante dentro del sistema fi nanciero espa.ol. En Andalucía, la intervención de estos intermediarios fi nancieros, cuyo principal objetivo consiste normalmente en favorecer el nacimiento y desarrollo de las pymes mediante una participación temporal y minoritaria en el capital social, ha favorecido en gran medida el desarrollo del tejido empresarial de esta región. De hecho, Andalucía es la tercera comunidad autónoma en cuanto al número de opera-ciones de capital riesgo realizadas y la segunda en cuanto a volumen total invertido. Por tanto, creemos conveniente conocer que consecuencias ha tenido el capital riesgo en la trayectoria económico-fi nanciera de las pymes andaluzas participadas.Siendo conscientes de estas circunstancias, el presente trabajo centra su principal objetivo en realizar un análisis comparativo de la evolución económico-fi nanciera de las pymes participadas por las entidades de capital riesgo en Andalucía frente al desarrollo del tejido empresarial de la región
其他摘要：Venture capital plays an increasingly important within the Spanish fi nancial system. In Andalusia, the intervention of these fi nancial intermediaries, whose main objective is usually to encourage the birth and development of SMEs through a tempo-rary and minority participation in social capital, has greatly favored the development of the business in this region. In fact, Andalusia autonomous community is the third in the number of venture capital operations carried out and the second in terms of total investment. Therefore, we should know what the results of venture capital has had on economic and fi nancial history of Andalusian SMEs participated.Being aware of these circumstances, this paper focuses its main objective to conduct a comparative analysis of economic and fi nancial development of SMEs participated in the venture capital fi rms in Andalusia against the development of the business in the region
