摘要：Generalizada desde el 1 de julio de 2009, la Renta de Solidaridad Activa (RSA), al igual que la Renta Mínima de Inserción (RMI) y la Ayuda para Padres Aislados (APA), es un dispositivo de lucha contra la pobreza cuya especifi cidad estriba en la ventaja fi nanciera que concede a las personas que encuentran un empleo y se acom-pa.a de una profunda reforma de los organismos de inserción laboral. Si la idea de una ayuda compensatoria permite a los benefi ciarios de las rentas mínimas compa-tibilizar su prestación con una actividad salarial, estos empleos están a menudo mal remunerados como consecuencia de la ausencia de coherencia entre el carácter poco atractivo de estos puestos de trabajo y la dirección de numerosas ayudas a colectivos específi cos. La RSA es un dispositivo incitativo de retorno al empleo, incluso si la tasa marginal de imposición es próxima al umbral más allá del cual el incentivo deja de surtir efecto. Asimismo, la implementación del nuevo dispositivo es muy progresiva, ya que el número de benefi ciarios es todavía inferior a la población elegible, y se enfrenta a ciertos límites, especialmente en cuanto a su efi cacia
其他摘要：Generalized from July 1, 2009, the Revenue of Active Solidarity (RSA), as well as the Minimal Revenue of Insertion (RMI) and the Help for Isolated Parents (APA), is a device of fi ght against poverty which specifi city is the fi nancial advantage that have the persons who return to the employment and a transformation of the organisms of labor insertion. If the idea of a compensatory help, which allows to the benefi ciaries of the basic incomes to return to an activity, exists for more than one decade, these employments are remunerated often badly because of the incoherence between the mechanisms destined to return the work, on one hand, and the direction of numerous helps to specifi c groups. The RSA is an inciting device of return to the employment, including if the marginal rate of imposition is near the limit beyond which the incentive stops having effect. Likewise, the implementation of the new device is very progressive, because the number of benefi ciaries is smaller than the eligible population, and faces certain limits, specially about his effi ciency
