摘要：El Real Decreto-Ley 11/2010, sobre reforma del régimen jurídico de las cajas, y el Real Decreto-Ley 2/2011, sobre reforzamiento del sector, abren una etapa totalmente nueva para el desenvolvimiento del sector fi nanciero espa.ol, pieza clave en el devenir económico. En este trabajo pretendemos incidir sobre los comportamientos futuros del sector a raíz de la promulgación de dichas normas. Para ello, analizamos retrospectivamente las estrategias implantadas a la luz de los intereses y comportamiento de los diferentes stakeholders presentes en las cajas, seguidamente indagamos sobre sus consecuencias y simulamos los cambios introducidos por estas normas en el subsistema de poder para, fi nalmente, evaluar las repercusiones que las mismas pueden tener en el futuro del sector.
其他摘要：The Royal Decree-Law 11/2010, on reform of the juridical regime of the savings banks, and Royal Decree-Law 2/2011 on the strengthening of the fi nancial system, opens a totally new stage for the development of the fi nancial Spanish sector, key piece in to develop economically. In this work we try to investigate on the future behaviors of sector immediately after the promulgation of the above mentioned norms. First we analyze retrospectively the strategies followed in the light of the interests and behavior of the different present stakeholders in the savings banks, later we investigate on his consequences and simulate the changes introduced by these norms in the subsystem of power, fi nally, to evaluate the repercussions that the same ones can have in the future of fi nancial system.??
