摘要：Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders associated with Streptococcalinfection (PANDAS) is a unique constellation of signs and symptoms that exist in asubset of children with rapid onset or exacerbation of obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) and/or tic disordersdue to an initial autoimmune reactionto a Group A BetaHemolytic Streptococcas (GABHS) infection which produce antibodies that interferewith the basal gangliafunction. In PANDAS the usual onset is known to be before 12years of age, however, it may also present (although rarely) in adolescence.
