  • 摘要:The influence of the storage time on the quality of carrots - from the point of view of the sugars amount and the sweetness degree - has been studied. From fresh carrots originated in the vegetable basin of Dambovita area has been obtained juice, which was also analyzed. The coefficient of the multiple correlation R2 was determined.
