摘要:Based on Quality Management international standards demands regarding the establishment orientation toward clients and other interesting things, the present paper brings out issues related to the importance of the interesting parts identifying, the exigency an expectations evaluation of these for the merchandise logistics field. The existence and the recognition of the interested parts reflect the up growing trend of the ethic management. The quality approach and the ISO rules permit the consideration of this concept which redefines the concept of interested parts. The interested parts have exigencies, known by the community or are in direct relationship with the companies
