摘要:We conducted a research applied because one of the problems encountered bymanagement transport railway is average age higher of the positions personnel senior andlack of qualified personnel in positions of execution.With a view to assessing present and perspective exigencies concerning the training andimprovement of railway staff, it has been carried out, within the National Company CFR SA,Branch Infrastructure of Constanta, a study with exploratory and explanatory nature in thefirst phase was initially identified the current level of professional training and then, in thesecond phase, to analyse the improvement need of the trainers of this institution, as a directconsequence of the low level of the training activity management of the staff in charge ofrailway traffic safety.This issue presents methodology and results of training activities and training their staff inBranch "CREIR CF" Constanta, in order to highlight good practices in this area of humanresource management solutions and best separation efficiency and competitive developmentrailway public sector using performance improvement programs
