摘要：During the 1980`s, a major change of paradigm could be identified in international tradetheories, which completed the traditional one that had its bases on the comparative advantage. Thepresent paper makes a description of the way in which strategic policies, as significant part of tradetheory, were analysed and modelled by various economists, highlighting the results of adopting suchpolicy. The specificity of these analyses is the variety of conditions and variables taken into account,which leaded to relatively homogenous general conclusions creating at the same time someparticular issues linked to the implementation of a strategic policy
