摘要：Since the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness in2005, the whole question of aid effectiveness hasbecome a driving force in the overseas developmentsector. Over 100 countries now accept the'Parisprinciples', together with the follow-up approachesand declarations, as the blueprint for improving theimpact of Official Development Assistance (ODA).
