摘要：The process to negotiate a post-2015 development framework needs to begin immediately • The process should be UN-led, inclusive, participatory, and reflect the voices of men and women most affected by poverty. • A post-2015 framework should learn from the strengths and weaknesses of the current MDGs • The Irish Government should use its Presidency of the EU Council in 2013 to promote the development of a strong EU position ahead of the September UN MDG Summit.
