摘要：In the article the problems of increasing of the training process efficiency are examined. Estimation method of sportsmens physical and technical skills subject to their emulative activity and training grade in cheerleading is worked out theoretically and tested experimentally. The tests of the sportsmens special motional and physical training in cheerleading at the grade of the specialized basic training are brought forward.
