摘要：In the paper, the authors presented the results of coordination abilities on the basis of indices accuracy of static force differentiation in 101 examined soccer players in age of 14-16 years. The subjects performed seven attempts of isometric hand grip, flexion of upper extremity in elbow joint and extension of lower extremity in knee joint with a force of 50% of the maximum value assessed at the beginning of the tests. The collected data characterized the accuracy and the rate of learning kinesthetic differentiation. The qualitative evaluation scale of these coordination abilities were drawn up. There was shown significant diversity of examined ability development between players in individual joints (V% - 19,8-31,9). Similar links in accuracy of muscle tension differentiation in examined joints were affirmed in individual players.
