摘要：The work is devoted to the problem of dynamics of interpersonal relation research in student masculine teams with the playing types of sport of different qualification. Interrelation of temperament structure and group differentiation in sport team is shown. The nature of game aspects of sports shows specific demands to exhibiting characterologic properties of the person of the qualified sportsmen. Purposeful work on detection of exceeding type of behaviour of the qualified sportsmen can be the effective factor of development leadership exhibitings.
