摘要：The perspectives of the national Ukrainian team participation at the ХХІХ Olympic Games are analyzed in the article. The competition level of the best world weightlifters` in separate weight categories and weightlifters rating at the TOP 10 are defined. The amount of world records among women constantly increases, whereas at men their constance is noted. The level of world records of women gradually approachs a level of world records of men: the least difference of reachings fixed in small weight classes, the greatest in serious.
