摘要：Questions of occurrence of an osteoporosis at women in climatic period are considered in this work. Methods and ways of physical rehabilitation of an osteoporosis, preventive maintenance for the warning of occurrence of change bone system at women are recommended here. In preventive measures and treatment of an osteoporosis changes of a mode of life of the woman have the big value. Important good physical state, normal parameters of calcium, arterial pressure, absence of contraindications to increase of an exercise stress.
