摘要：The best practices of building of the training process of the elite world femaleathletes in weightlifting arе investigated. Features of construction and law of planning of training work of the elite femaleathletes in the periods of preparation of а year macrocycle are studied. The training level according to the athletes special preparation indices and functional conditions are determined and correlation between this indices and training work parameters are established. The reserves of effectiveness increasing of the training process according to the rational basis of the training work parameters for the various weight category groups femaleathletes are taken up.
