A. survey. research. methodology. was. employed. in. the. study.. The. sample. included. 466.secondary. school. teachers. in. U. ak.. In. order. to. determine. the. differentiation. of. the. school. principals.effectiveness. through. the. five. dimensions. according. to. the. seniority. factor,. one. way. analysis. of.variance.(ANOVA).has.been.used..Furthermore,.in.order.to.determine.the.differentiation.of.the.school.principals'. effectiveness. through. five. dimensions. according. to.the. gender. factor,. t©\test. has. been.used..Research. findings. show. that. the. effectiveness. of. the. school. principals. through. five. dimensions. is. on.the.
