其他摘要:This research was conducted to examine the dialogue at school and the role of the school administration. The views of the school administrators, who work in public secondary schools, about dialogue were tried to determine in this research. For this purpose, maximum variety sampling technique, which is one of the qualitative research method, was used while deciding on the study group. The study group of this research includes twelve school managers who work in three public schools in .orlu, Tekirda.. The datas that are related with this research were collected in 2011 -2012 academic year. A semi-structured interview form was prepared to be able to collect data from the school managers in the study group. In the form of the interview, questions to determine the opinions of the school managers about dialogue at school and the role of the school administration were asked. The findings of this research can be summarized as follows; the school managers in this research believes that dialogue is important and necessary and they accept their deficiency in this subject. The school managers claim that dialogue will be useful for education in many ways. Moreover, the school managers state that there are dialogic problems both at schools and also in society and school managers, teachers, parents and students have some roles to solve these problems and develop the dialogue process
