摘要：This paper aims to ring the alarm bells regarding what happens in Oaş Land and not only. We all know and see every day that passes, and from the experience of other countries, that globalization does not always imply only progress. For example, its extension, with everything it implies, over an area which is not properly prepared to assimilate it, can lead to regression or in some situations even to the decline of that territory. To overcome such shortcomings in Oaş it is stringently required to identify the optimal strategy to follow, starting from the local realities on the site.
