摘要：A rich and varied local tourist potential involves various and complementary ways of valorizing it besides a real responsability for local authorities in a sustainable managing that potential. For a real supporting of local tourism as that would become a major field in economic development for that community, local administration has to assume the role of guvernance factor of local touristic patrimony instead of exploiting it. A good capitalizing of local touristic potential means less local public investments which allways are limited, but more European funds and private investments for great projects, besides a sensible administration of all local resources.
