摘要:Unlike many other sports which may require high levels of one or two physical capacities, tennis requires high performance of most Aging produces certain changes in the various body physical components. The main physical components affected are: body size, body composition, skin composition and joint condition. If they are not properly monitored, these changes can trigger several diseases. However, these can be relieved through the practice of physical activity. The aims of this paper are: to state the consequences of these diseases, to show the benefits that the practice of controlled and regulated physical activity has, and to give advice on physical activity for the various diseases. Finally, we must assert that, unless there is any medical contraindication, old people should be physically active, since the benefits that can be obtained through the practice of physical activity are numerous.
