摘要:This purpose of this study is to inspect job satisfaction level of academic staff in Bahawalpur. Importantfactors that have an impact on job satisfaction level are work itself, pay, promotion opportunities,working conditions, job security and coworkers. A sample of 108 teachers is selected by stratified randomsampling from the five Government Colleges of Bahawalpur. Simple percentages indicate that academicstaff of the colleges is more satisfied with the work itself, pay, working conditions, job security andcoworkers and less satisfied with the promotion opportunities
