摘要:this empirical paper attempts to shed light on the followingquestion: Does entrepreneurial experience during undergraduate stud-ies in.uence employability of graduates. The aim of our study was toexamine this question in the context of career pathways of graduatesof Junior Enterprises (je). Data were collected from 980 graduates,587 currently Active je Members and 393 Former je Members. Thestudy has shown that the learning experience gained through workingin a Junior Enterprise has an impact on the career development ofuniversity graduates. The learning and development aspect is also aninteresting feature of the assessment procedure. The results seem toprovide a good way to confront entrepreneurs with their own quali-ties and with areas for improvement and discussion. The results alsoindicate that the positive impact of the system of teaching and learn-ing strategies in a Junior Enterprise on the development of basic skillsand personal quality was stronger in Entrepreneurs than in Alumni
