摘要：In this study, we made a comparison between flavonoids of the argan tree leaves of Oued Cherrat, located in the north of Morocco (Rabat region) and those of Massa, located in the south of Morocco (Agadir region). Quantification by spectrophotometry of all flavonoids of the leaves in two differents methods showed a significant difference between the argan trees of the two studied regions regardless of the harvest period, with higher contents in leave's extract of the argan tree of Oued Cherrat. However, the qualitative analysis by HPLC showed no difference between the leave's extracts of Oued Cherrat and those of Massa. The HPLC also showed the existence of the same flavonoids in the extracts of the leaves of both Oued Cherrat and Massa
