标题：Information Communications and Technology (ICT) Abuse in the Malaysian Public Sector: The Influence of Ethical, Organisational Bond and General Deterrence Factors
摘要：Despite continuous effort to reduce ICTabuse, ICTsecurity problems still persist such that ICTsecurity experts and practition ers are kept struggling to find ways to combat the p roblems wh ich are closely related to deviant h uman behaviour. Previous studies have investigated the causal relationships between security efforts and ICTabuse but studies on ICTabuse in the Malaysian public sector are still rare. Th is research aims at identifying significant factors that influence ICTabuse as an input to develop and validate an ICTabuse model within th e Malaysian p ublic sector setting. The proposed model contributes to the theoretical body of knowledge on ICTabuse by adopting multi-disciplina ry solutions whereby ethical factors from the d iscip line of psychology, organ isational bond facto rs from the discipline of socio-criminology and general deterrence factors from the discipline of ICTsecurity are examined an d synthesised
