摘要:Main Objective is to investigate clinical decision support software systems. To find problems with manual clinical diagnosis process and impact of current clinical decision support systems on healthcare and medics. To use Genetic algorithm that can improve the clinical decision support systems, and future of clinical decision support systems. In this paper, a GA (genetic algorithm) based intelligent system (GABIS) for diagnosis of diseases is presented. The rule-base of GABIS has been constructed by using a genetic algorithm for rule extraction from a patient's database. The rule-base can be refined each time the patient database is updated over a limit. It examines clinical diagnosis process, and proposes a new way of developing a better and reliable clinical decision support system. Genetic algorithm support algorithmic customization. A custom genetic algorithm variant can be created by modifying initial population and fitness scaling options or by defining parent selection, crossover, and mutation functions
