摘要:The paper describes the feedback fromfacilitators based on checklist used formonitoring clinical sessions during IMNCI(Integrated Management of Neonatal andChildhood Illness) trainings at a MedicalCollege in Gujarat. Randomly selectedchecklists were analyzed for classification andproblems faced by nursing staff participants.Ability to correctly classify and treat theillnesses ranged from 35% to 93%. The articlealso discusses the feedback from 55participants (Nursing staff) drawn randomlyfrom 25 batches of IMNCI trainings, gatheredby VIPP (Visualization in ParticipatoryProgrammes) method applied at the end of thetraining. Suggestions to improve the quality ofIMNCI trainings are recommended based onthe findings
