摘要:The aim of the present study was to make a first exploratory analysis on the assessment issued by a group of elementary students when emotional intelligence contents are taught in their Physical Education classes (4 sessions). 25 students from third year (8,9 years ±0,25) took part in this four- sessions experience. The main block of contents was based on The Inner Resilience Program employing two different stress reduction techniques: 1) relaxation and 2) mindfulness. Two different age ranges exercises were applied (5-7 and 8-11 years). The results show a positive assessment of the sessions by the students and a good emotional state at the end of the sessions. Session including activities for the age range 5-7 years had a more positive valuation than the range of 8-11 years.
