摘要：This article presents different definitions of service quality and the quality characteristics of educationservices (the teaching method of subjects matters used by teachers, teachers' professional qualification,teachers' interest, the type of information conveyed by teachers, the communications between teachersand students and the education institution's technical-material ground). Moreover, this paper contains anassessment model of education services quality and an application for a better understanding of itsworkability.
