摘要：During the last two decades, the economic development of the countries all over the world, above all ofthe industrialized ones, were progressively oriented towards a significant increase in their economiccompetitiveness, as a main pillar of sustainable development strategy. The economic globalization, assalient feature of present human society development, brings about the interdependence deepening ofnational economies and regions, which engenders both numerous opportunities for economic expansionand various challenges consisting in competition intensification, persistent sources of political, economic,inter-ethnical conflicts etc.
