摘要:The investigation of the relation between human resources management (HRM) and the companyperformance was mostly carried out in big companies. The question we have raised is whether thedevelopment of an intensive HRM is profitable for small companies. The results of our investigationsshow that HRM intensity has a strong positive effect upon the productivity, the innovation capacity andsmall company's profitability
