摘要：The paper is dealing with the great transformations the Romanian management training system undergone after 1990, its current state being the result of an evolution started in 1967, when the system was set up by creation of the Center for managers training – CEPECA. Finally, the prospects of the system are outlined and articulated in a strategy suggested by the author
