摘要：Intensification of financial instability has led to a diversification of banks' activities. They have been involved not only in financial innovation activity, but also in capital market operations, mainly by issuing shares and bonds. We also remark the emergence of new financial instruments created by banks, such as structured products that are listed on stock exchanges and offer investors new opportunities to build portfolios
