摘要：The main objective of our study is to select the most important quantitative techniques that may be applied as tools in human resources management control, in order to facilitate the prediction of human resource indicators that may be presented under an appropriate form, clear and user friendly and then used by managers in their decision making process. Therefore, we have analysed the regression analysis and the learning curves, tools that are considered appropriate in human resources management control. The cases presented in our research form part of our cooperation projects with different companies, projects aiming to improve and sustain an efficient human resources management control
