摘要：The convergence to the exigence of the functioning and competitive market economy requires creating conditions in order to fulfill criteria and indicators of competitiveness. Their use in establishing and carrying out economic policy is closely linked to the compliance for fundamental economic correlations, especially those related to the ratio of consumption of natural resources and their ability to restore themselves. Economic theory and practice have shown that sustainable human development is conditioned by the increasing wages in line with labor productivity - the maximum expression synthesis of economic efficiency
