摘要：Numerical or qualitative characteristics are used in statistics researches to solve some problems specific to the social and economic phenomena. A statistics population is studied according to some statistics surveys aiming at solving some problems of wide interest for the organizational management. Factorial analysis is part of the multi-varied analysis method which allows the reduction of number of the initial factors. The present paper presents an assessment method of managerial performance based on correspondences analysis. The study was made on a sample of managers from different fields of activities and according to their answers regarding the influence of the non financial indicators on the improvement of the decision making process
