摘要：A significant increase in the nu mber o f Po lish cit izens travelling abroad, includ ing t ropical areas, has been noted in recent years. Ho wever, to urists are often not int erested in prophylaxis before their journey, they are not vaccinated properly or ask for advice at the clinic of tro pical med icine. Therefore, co ncerns about the healt h of travellers fro m temperate climat ic zone heading for count ries where t he sanitary level is low, are just ified. The st udy presents the principles of good preparatio n for a journey, considering a trip to Ghana, West-Africa
