摘要：é crescente o número de visitas para ambientes naturais e neste contexto emerge um novosegmento turístico que tem os aspectos geológicos e geomorfológicos como seus atrativos –o geoturismo. Dentro das potencialidades exploradas pelo geoturismo, formas topográficas erosivas de ambientes fluviais, como as quedas d'água, s.o muito procuradas devido sua beleza cênica e também pela oportunidade que gera de proporcionar ao turista um entendimento da geologia e geomorfologia locais. A Geomorfologia Fluvial é, portanto, um ramo da Geomorfologia que tem íntima rela..o com o geoturismo, fornecendo conhecimentos para a identifica..o, classifica..o, aproveitamento e gest.o de belezas naturais relacionadas à dinamica dos rios. Este trabalho tem por objetivo principal identificar, analisar e mapear as quedas d'água do município de Indianópolis, localizadono Triangulo Mineiro, visando subsidiar posteriores projetos voltados à conserva..o dos fatores abióticos encontrados no município, além de sua divulga..o enquanto atrativos geoturísticos. A metodologia empregada restringiu-se a revis.o bibliográfica pertinente ao tema e realiza..o de trabalhos de campo. A partir desta metodologia depreendemos que a área de estudo apresenta diversas quedas d'água que podem ser aproveitadas pelo geoturismo, devendo, no entanto, ocorrer um planejamento que contemple e ordenea atividade turística no município de Indianópolis.
其他摘要：The visitation to the natural environments is growing up and in this context begins a new segment of tourism, that holds geological and geomorphological aspects as its attractive –the geotourism. In the potentialities explored by the geotourism, erosive topographic forms of the fluvial environments, as the water falls, are very visited because of its natural beauties and also because of the opportunity of taken some knowledge about geology and geomorphology of that place. The fluvial geomorphology is a singular part of this science which has relations with the geotourism, supplying experiences to the identification, classification,the use and management of the natural beauties related to the river dynamics. This paper shows the partial results of a master degree project and the mainly objective is to identify, analyses and to map the water falls in Indianópolis district, located inTriangulo Mineiro, aiming supply future projects related to the conservation of non-biotic factors found in the district, beyond of its divulgation as geotouristics attractions. The methodology applied was restricted to the bibliographic review and visitsto some water falls. With this methodology was observed that the study area shows a lot of water falls, which can be used by the geotourism. However, it is necessary to develop a severe planning which make possible the visits and at the same time, the conservation of the natural environments in Indianópolis
