摘要：The detailed process of community organization is discussed along with assessment of and community assets. Various techniques of asset management are explained in detail. Various challenges of asset management are explained with examples. The detailed process of asset is discussed in detailed. Assets are an essential aspect of community life. These assets have various dimensions. Human assets popularly known as human capital and natural resources are considered as community assets, physical assets created by the community, cohesiveness of the community, are the various forms of assets on which the community is maintaining its relation either within the community with various groups or between other communities. Community conflict is an outcome of mis-utilization or mal-utilization of the community assets. If these assets are managed efficiently a community can make progress and become self reliant to deal with any crisis situation.
