摘要：The paper present some problems of the developement and geographical repartition of the transport system, telecommunication networks and public services in Romania in the last part of the 20th century and their influence on the settlement system. A hierarchy of Romania's towns in terms of transport rates are based on three categories of criteria: geographical position, demographic size and transport specialization level
