摘要:This article examines how Turkey is perceived culturally, socially and politically in the Arabic world. The "Turkey" perception in the Arab world focuses especially on two points. These are the positive or negative reactions of Arabs against the attitudes of the Turkish policy, people and the public, and the perceptions of the Arab public based on their own cultural and political perspectives. This study discusses how politicians, the leaders of the public, and the media play an important role in managing, directing and sometimes in re-shaping that perception. Additionally, the reaction of the media to the changing and developing events has the potential of directing the public. Using the methods of content and discourse analysis, this study scrutinizes the reflections of the recent Turkish politics about Arab countries in the Arab media, and the changes in the image of Turkey
