摘要:The authors analyzed milk quality from the region of Herzegovina, which supplies Mostar Dairy. Milk from individual farmers had an average percent of 3.63 fat and 12.31 total solids. Milk received in the Dairy was of inferior quality, and had an average of 3.29 percent of fat and 11.76 percent of total solids. Milk acidity ranged from 6.6 to 8.5 with 7.1 °SH on average.
