摘要：The article shows possible ways of solution of the topical –considering the swift process of education informatization –issue of the school set-up manage-ment in the context of shaping of the informational and communicational environment. The author de-scribes the concrete modes of implementation in a number of schools such organizational and educa-tional conditions, as: informatization of the school's set-up, consolidation and broadening of the manage-ment subject, development of teachers' particular competences, and shaping of the teachers' readiness for reflexive activities in the social environment of the school.
