其他摘要：This paper is an attempt at mapping the learning environment in a faith-based school ranked among the top schools in the city of Rio de Janeiro. From an immersion in the field of study there quickly emerged a scenario of lack of concentration, agitation, and noise among students in varying degrees according to the particular teaching style of the teachers. Survey results point out the distinct challenge teachers face with the emergence in their classrooms of so-called "new students", students connected to the media, the internet, and other electronic products
